The Olivette Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Preston Foster Jr. (age 26). At approximately 5:20pm, officers responded to Chevy’s Restaurant (9100 block of Olive Boulevard) for a call of shots fired in the parking lot. There they found Preston Foster Jr who had been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, Keithshun Brewe (age 30) was charged with Murder-2nd Degree, Armed Criminal Action, Tampering with Evidence. His bond was set at $750,000.
