The Cahokia Heights Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Lamerion Davis (age 16). At approximately 7:57pm, officers responded to the 1100 Block of Camp Jackson Road for a report of a shooting.
As a result of this investigation, Cleveland Ware (age 20) was charged with First Degree Murder, Aggravated Discharge of a Firearm, and Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon in Lamerion’s death.
