Victim: Sadie L. Tull
The Carlyle Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Sadie Tull (age 41). At approximately 10:00am, officers responded to a residence in the 2100 block of Fairfax Street for a welfare check. There police officers found Sadie Tull with a gunshot wound to the head. She was pronounced dead on scene.
