The first shooting incident took place at the intersection of Kenneth Avenue and Armand Drive. Donte Jackson and an 18 year-old were walking along the roadway when they were approached by a white Nissan Maxima. An exchange of gunfire took place between the Nissan and one of the pedestrians.
