The Clayton Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Joshua Harris (age 41). At approximately 5:25am, officers responded to the 7500 block of Wydown Boulevard for a report of shots fired. When they arrived on scene, they located Joshua Harris who had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, Ternell Johnson (age 18) was charged with Murder 2nd Degree and Armed Criminal Action. He was arrested on a no-bond warrant.
