Suspects: Ternell J. Johnson and Darrion A. Johnson (no relation)
The Clayton Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Joshua Harris (age 41). At approximately 5:25am, officers responded to the 7500 block of Wydown Boulevard for a report of shots fired. When they arrived on scene, they located Joshua Harris who had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, the following charges were issued:
Ternell Johnson (age 18) - Murder 2nd Degree and Armed Criminal Action. He was arrested on a no-bond warrant.
Darrion Johnson (age 19 - no relation to Ternell) - Murder 2nd Degree and Armed Criminal Action. He was located and arrested in August 2024 by Clayton PD detectives and the U.S. Marshalls on a $500,000 warrant.
