The Ferguson Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Kenneth Hubbard (age 69). At approximately 3:30am, police officers responded to a residence in the 7400 block of Blanding Drive for a report of a shooting. There they located Kenneth Hubbard who had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
