The North County Police Cooperative requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Duan Regans Jr (age 18). At approximately 2:19am, police officers responded to the 6100 block of Creston Avenue in Pine Lawn. There they located Duan Regans Jr who had been shot. He was transported to the hospital where he died. A 19 year-old man was also shot but he survived his injury.
