The Normandy Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Misean Hines (age 18). At approximately 4:58pm, police officers responded to a parking lot in the 7200 block of Natural Bridge Road for a report of a gunshot victim inside a vehicle. There they located Misean Hines in the backseat of a vehicle. He had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
