Victim: Raphael Madison

The Hazelwood Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Raphael Madison. At approximately 6:29pm, officers responded to the area of N. Hanley Road and Santa Bella Drive for a report of a person down in the roadway. There officers located Raphael Madison (age 47) lying in the roadway. Raphael was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.

After an investigation into Raphael’s death, it was determined he died after accidentally being run over by a vehicle.
