The North County Police Cooperative requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Mark Ford. At approximately 12:46am, officers responded to the 10700 block of Trask Drive in Dellwood for a report of a possible shooting. There they located Mark Ford (age 30) deceased in the driveway of a residence from a gunshot wound.
As a result of this investigation, Timothy Lee Jr (age 37) was charged with Murder 2nd Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. His bond was set at $500,000.
