The Normandy Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Delores Dalton. At approximately 6:30pm, officers responded to a residence in the 5600 block of Bermuda for a welfare check. There they located Delores Dalton (age 87) deceased inside the residence.
As a result of this investigation, Delores Dalton’s grandson, Anthony Branscomb (age 24), was charged with Murder 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. His bond was set at $200,000 cash only.
