The Lincoln County Sheriff's Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Megan Clark. At approximately 10:00am, deputies were called to the Elsberry Motel and Lodge on Hwy 79 in Elsberry, MO for a report of a suspicious death.  When deputies arrived on scene, they found the body of Megan Clark (age 29) in one of the motel rooms where she had been shot several times. 

Megan’s husband, Rico Clark, was charged with Murder 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action in her death.
