The North County Police Cooperative requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Jirah Campbell. Around 5:30pm, police received a call about a shooting in the 6300 block of Dardanella in Pine Lawn. When police arrived, they located Jirah Campbell (age 15) dead in the street from multiple gunshot wounds.
