The Hazelwood Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of a 48 year-old woman. At approximately 11:15am, a woman was found unresponsive inside a room at the LaQuinta Inn on Taylor Road. It was determined the woman died from self-inflicted wounds.
