The Town and Country Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the robbery and assault of a 60 year-old male. At around 11:30am, police officers were called to a residence in the 12900 block of Thornhill Drive for a report of a subject down. Officers found the male victim unconscious with serious head injuries. He was taken to the hospital in serious condition but survived his injuries.
As a result of this investigation, Daniel Martin (age 20) and Malik Lindsey (age 16 - charged as an adult) were charged with Assault 1st Degree, Armed Criminal Action, Burglary 1st Degree, Stealing a Motor Vehicle, and Stealing Over $500. Daniel’s bond was set at $150,000. Malik’s bond was set at $100,000.
