The Bellefontaine Neighbors Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Irshad Kahn. Police officers responded to the Conoco gas station in the 10300 block of Bellefontaine Rd after a customer called saying they could not find anybody inside the store. The store owner, Irshad Kahn (age 63) was found dead inside the store’s office.
As a result of this investigation, Justin Williams (age 28) was charged with Murder 1st Degree, Robbery 1st Degree, and Armed Criminal Action. His bail was set at $1,000,000.
