The Clayton Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Ernest Brasier. At approximately 7:00pm, police officers responded to the law office of Boggs, Boggs, & Bates located in the Guild Building (7912 Bonhomme Avenue) for a report of a man down. There they located insurance attorney Ernest Brasier (age 57). It was determined Ernest died from a gunshot wound.
