The O’Fallon, IL Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Obian Hawkins. At approximately 11:18pm, police officers responded to St. Clair Bowl (5950 Old Collinsville Road) for a report of a fight in progress. As officers were en route to the area, it was reported shots had been fired. When officers arrived, they located Obian Hawkins (age 22) lying on the sidewalk with a gunshot wound. He was transported to the hospital where he died.

As a result of this investigation, Anthony Bradley (age 16) was charged as an adult with 1st Degree Murder. His bond was set at $1,000,000.
