Victim: Blake Henry Fischer

The Collinsville Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Blake Fischer (age 15). At approximately 9:18am, police officers responded to the 2000 block of Beltline Road where they located Blake Fischer’s body in a creek. He had been reported as missing on 12/09/2004.

After a thorough investigation, it is believed Blake died by accidental drowning.
