Suspects: Narvil Hickman, Zelder Futrell, Early Kidd, and Ronnie Kidd
The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the deaths of Sean Gilliam and Ted Lucas. At approximately 2:10am, deputies responded to the 400 block of John Street near Collinsville, IL for a report of two gun shot victims. There they located Sean Gilliam (age 37) and Ted Lucas (age 51) in the driveway of the residence. Both had been shot. Ted Lucas was pronounced dead on scene. Sean Gilliam was transported to the hospital where he later died.
As a result of this investigation, the following criminal charges were issued in Sean and Ted’s deaths:
Narvil Hickman (age 27) - 1st Degree Murder, Home Invasion, Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon
Zelder Futrell (age 21) - 1st Degree Murder, Home Invasion, Aggravated Unlawful Use of Weapon - Bond $500,000
Early Kidd (age 29) - Home Invasion
Ronnie Kidd (age 27) - Home Invasion
