The St. Ann Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Jeffrey Davis. At approximately 4:39pm, police officers responded to the 3600 block of Imperial Gardens Drive for a report of an abandoned vehicle with a foul smell coming from the trunk. When police arrived, they located Jeffrey Davis (age 34) deceased inside the trunk of the vehicle. Jeffrey had been reported missing to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on 09/29/1995.
