The St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Alfred Suter (age 36). At approximately 12:05am, deputies responded to a residence in the 3100 block of Arrow Rock Drive near St Charles when a woman called 9-1-1 stating she needed an ambulance because her husband was injured and bleeding and might be dead. When deputies arrived on scene, they located Alfred Suter inside the residence. He had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, the following criminal charges were issued in Alfred’s death:
Lisa Suter (age 24 - Alfred’s wife) - Murder 1st Degree - No-bond warrant
Daniel Johnson (age 23 - Lisa Suter’s employee) - Murder 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action - No-bond warrant
