The St. Ann Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Marquis Henley (age 19). At approximately 9:01pm, police officers responded to a residence of the 9900 block of Executive Drive South for a report of shots fired. There they located Marquis Henley inside the residence where he had been shot. Marquis was able to provide some information to the police officers before he died on scene.
As a result of this investigation, Charles Harry (age 24) was charged with Murder 2nd Degree and Armed Criminal Action. His bond was set at $500,000.
