The Dellwood Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of James Buckley (age 19). At approximately 2:01am, police officers responded to Vickers Service Station (10280 West Florissant Avenue) for a report of a shooting of the gas station attendant. Customers found the employee on the back storage room floor of the store. There officers located James Buckley who had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
