The Kinloch Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Kenneth Tebeau (age 40). At approximately 1:40am, a police officer on routine patrol came across Kenneth Tebeau lying in a vacant lot in the 5900 block of Roman Court. He had been shot. Kenneth was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
As a result of this investigation, Robert Barks (age 35) was charged with Capital Murder in the death of Kenneth Tebeau. Robert’s bond was set at $400,000.
