The Cool Valley Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Patricia Trotter (age 18). At approximately 1:55pm, a police officer was in the management office of the University City Apartments (8500 block of Fresno Court) when two maintenance men came in and said they had just located a deceased woman inside of a vacant apartment. When the officer went to the apartment, the body of Patricia Trotter was found deceased inside the apartment.
