The Kinloch Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Robert Allen (age 28). At approximately 6:50am, police officers responded to the 5800 block of Jones Street at Granberry Drive for a report of a man down. There they located Robert Allen lying in some weeds. He had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
