The Bridgeton Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Patricia Bequette (age 15). At approximately 8:37am, police officers responded to a field near the Western Union building (13022 Hollenberg Drive) for a report of a found body. There they located Patricia Bequette. She had been killed by blunt force trauma to her head and was pronounced dead on scene. She had been reported missing on 07/17/1977.
