The Pagedale Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Gertrude Bergdorf (age 54). At approximately 4:48pm, police officers responded to the area of Page Avenue and Gregan Place for a report of a shooting. There they located Gertrude Bergdorf. She had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
