The Pagedale Police Department, who provides police services for Velda City, requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Robert Price Jr (age 63). At approximately 3:15pm, officers responded to a residence in the 7000 block of Lexington Avenue in Velda City for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived on scene, they located Robert outside the residence. He had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, Terrell Mays (age 31), an acquaintance of Robert Prince Jr’s, was charged with Murder 2nd Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Tampering with Evidence in Robert’s death. His bond was set at $200,000.
