The North County Police Cooperative requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Quintell Harris (age 36). At approximately 4:03am, police officers responded to Phillips 66 gas station (6150 Natural Bridge Avenue, Pine Lawn) for a report of a shooting. When officers arrived on scene, they located Quintell Harris in the parking lot. He had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
