The North County Police Cooperative requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Delaney Worthy. At approximately 10:00pm, police officers responded to the 1000 block of Keelen in Dellwood for a report of a vehicle in a yard. They arrived to find a car that had crashed into a tree in the yard. Inside of the car, they found Delaney Worthy (age 32) in the driver’s seat deceased from a gunshot wound.
