The Pagedale Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Keith Solomon (age 45). At approximately 4:45pm, Pagedale police officers responded to the 1400 block of Nixon for a report of shots fired. When officers arrived, they found two victims with gunshot wounds. One of the victims, identified as Keith Solomon, was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
As a result of this investigation, Vincent Brooks (age 32) was charged with Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Tampering with Physical Evidence for his involvment in Solomon’s death. His bond was set at $35,000.
