The North County Police Cooperative requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of My’Lenna Colvin. At approximately 1:30am, poice officers responded to the 4300 block of Peyton Lane for a report of shots fired.  Upon arrival, officers discovered My'Lenna Colvin (age 20) who had been fatally shot multiple times inside a residence. 

Anyone with information in this case is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 866-371-TIPS (8477). A cash reward up to $5,000 is being offered by CrimeStoppers for information that leads to the positive identification and arrest of the suspect responsible for this homicide.
