The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad investigating the death of Vincent White (age 50). On 01/10/2017, human remains were located at the Missouri Department of Chouteau Claim Access – Conservation Area in Moselle. The remains were later discovered to be those of Vincent White.
As a result of the investigation, Donna Tooley (age 51) was charged with Murder 2nd Degree, Armed Criminal Action, and Tampering with Physical Evidence. Her bond was set at $100,000.
