The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Nicholas Hood. Deputies were called to a residence in the 1800 block of Apache St. near Caseyville for a report of shots fired inside the residence. They located Nicholas Hood (age 24) inside the residence. He was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, Terrion Stevenson (age 20), Orlando Adkins (age 21), Lemar Gully (age 21), and Michael Williams (age 21) were all charged with First Degree Murder. Their bond was set at $1,000,000 each.
