The St. Charles Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Brandon Joyce. At approximately 2:15am, police officers responded to 1310 Bass Pro Drive for a report of a shooting. There they found Brandon Joyce (age 26) in the driver’s seat of a pickup truck. He had been killed from a gun shot.

As a result of this investigation, the following individuals were charged with Murder 2nd Degree, Attempted Robbery 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action with $1,000,000 bond each in Brandon’s death:
