The O’Fallon, MO Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Carolyn Reid. Police officers responded to the 100 block of Lincoln Street for a possible murder after family members checked on Carolyn Reid and found her deceased. When officers arrived, they located Carolyn Reid (age 40) on the floor of her residence. Her hands and feet were bound. Carolyn had been strangled and was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, the following criminal charges were issued:
Rochelle Washington (age 36) - Murder 2nd Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree - Bond $100,000
Kelly Keller (age 28) - Murder 2nd Degree and Robbery 2nd Degree - Bond $100,000
Deon Blackmon (age 27) - Murder 2nd Degree and Stealing - Bond $500,000
