The Cahokia Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Fletcher Williams. At approximately 11:15pm, officers responded to a residence in the 300 block of Range Lane for a shooting. There officers located Fletcher Williams (age 28) lying on his driveway. He had been shot and killed.
