The Olivette Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Harlan Tyler. At approximately 5:11am, police officers responded to a residence in the 11 block of Bonhomme Lake Drive for a report of shooting that had just occurred. There they located the body of Harlan Tyler (age 21) inside the residence. He had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
There was a female inside the residence who had also been shot. Near the residence was another male who had also been shot. Both of those victims were transported to the hospital where they survived their gunshot wounds.
As a result of this investigation, the following individuals were arrested:
Robert Wiggins (age 26)
Chavon Wiggins (age 23)
Alex Robertson (age 24)
They were charged with the following criminal charges. They were each arrested on no-bond warrants.
Murder 1st Degree
Robbery 1st Degree
Burglary 1st Degree
Assault 1st Degree
Stealing a Motor Vehicle
Armed Criminal Action
