The St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Johnny Ramsey (age 25). At approximately 7:29am, deputies responded to a ditch on 81st Street and Bunkum Road near I-64 for a report of a found body. There they located Johnny Ramsey who had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
