The Kinloch Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Steven Outlaw (age 19). At approximately 2:56am, police officers responded to the front of the Kinloch Fire Department (5684 Martin Luther King Drive) for a report of a shooting. There they located Steven Outlaw lying on the street in front of the firehouse. He had been shot and was transported to the hospital where he died.

As a result of this investigation, Steven’s brother, Geno Outlaw (age 23), was charged with Murder 2nd Degree. His bond was set at $100,000.
