The Overland Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Robert "Red" Musgrove (age 53). At approximately 9:30am, police officers responded to the former business of Clothes Encounters (2332 Woodson Road) for a report of a man down with possible injury. There they located Robert "Red" Musgrove in the parking lot of his former business and residence. He had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
