The O’Fallon Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Lawrence Lubway (age 37). At approximately 10:57am, police officers responded to a residence in the 800 block of North Cherry for a report of a possible suicide. Lawrence Lubway’s body had been located inside his residence by concerned co-workers who checked on him after he failed to show up for work. It was determined Lawrence died from blunt force trauma to his head by a frying pan.
