The St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Charles Woolford. At approximately 12:28am, a deputy on routine patrol discovered a body lying on the side of Highway 94 just north of Dwiggins Road near West Alton, MO. The body was determined to be Charles Woolford.
