The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Jack Warden (age 35). At approximately 9:27pm, deputies responded to an apartment on East Rock Creek Manor (near Arnold, MO) for a report of a man possibly injured and lying in a pool of blood. There they located Jack Warden inside the residence. He had been shot and was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, Jack’s brother, Charles Warden (age 42), along with Norval Cadwallader Jr (age 29), James Hudson (age 49), and Hubert Brissette (age 42) were each charged in Jack’s murder.
