Victim: Terry Michael Aldrich

Suspect:s Fred Park Cheek, Harvey Edward Huber Jr, Rose Marie Wells, Lee M. English, and Walter Thomas.

The St Charles Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Terry Aldrich. (age 20). In the early evening hours, officers responded to Trio Mobile Homes Park (2934 W Clay St) for a a person who had been shot. There officers located Terry Aldrich who had been shot in the neck. He was transported to the hospital where he died.

As a result of this investigation, the following individuals were charged in Terry’s death:

• Fred Cheek - Murder 1st Degree.

• Harvey Huber, Jr.- Accessory to Murder, Flourishing a Deadly Weapon

• Rose Marie Wells - Accessory to Murder

• Lee English - Accessory to Murder

• Walter Thomas - Accessory to Murder
