The O’Fallon, IL Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Ivan Marshall (age 20). At approximately 10:30pm, police officers responded to Bella Milano (455 Regency Park) for a report of a shooting on the parking lot. There officers located employee Ivan Marshall. He had been shot and was transported to the hospital where he died.
As a result of this investigation, the following charges were issued in connection with Ivan’s death:
Nathan Smith (age 17 - charged as an adult) - 1st Degree Murder - Bond $2 million
Nautica Young (age 18) - 1st Degree Murder - Bond $1.5 million
Darrayvia Crump (age 18) - 1st Degree Murder - Bond $1.5 million
Nina Smith (age 38) - Obstructing Justice/Destroy Evidence and Aiding a Fugitive - Bond $90,000
