The Calverton Park Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad to investigate the death of Kenneth Linzie. At around 12:30pm, police officers located Kenneth Linzie (age 68) in a garage behind a residence on Williams Blvd. Kenneth was dead from a fatal gunshot wound.
As a result of this investigation, Jeffrey Tod (age 53) was charged with Murder 2nd Degree and Armed Criminal Action in Kenneth’s death. Tod’s bond was set at $500,000.
Jeffrey Tod was also charged in a homicide for Major Case Squad Report #682.
