The Shiloh Police Department requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad in investigating the death of Kenneth Easley. Around 11:30pm, police officers were called to the 20 block of Yorkshire Drive for a report of a man who had been shot. When they arrived on scene, they located Kenneth Easley (age 26) lying on the front porch of his residence. He had been shot. Easley was pronounced dead on scene.
As a result of this investigation, Michael Jackson III (age 20), Rasheen Brazier (age 21), and Javier Anthony (age 17 - charged as an adult) were each charged with 1st Degree Murder. They each had bond set at $1,000,000.
